Because of the current unusual circumstances and high uncertainty caused by Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we have taken some extra measures to ensure business continuity both for Visualizer and for our customers.
Your Visualizer service will continue to function with the same very high availability as it has so far. Since Monday 16.3.2020 our personnel have been working remotely from home. This was done to protect both our personnel and our community. As a software company, we are fortunate to be able to conduct our work remotely without any impact to our ability to serve you.
We have established a Customer Support Task Force to support our customers in all aspects of using the Visualizer products. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about:
