Case Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is a large conference hotel. Their MICE sales department has been looking for an easy solution to display their conference facilities to potential customers. With Visualizer, they have managed to create an easily understandable marketing solution.

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is a large conference hotel in Amsterdam City Centre. The hotel is also co-operating with a larger conference centre called IJVenues that consists in total of 4 buildings. Due to the complexity of spaces it has been difficult to make sure that potential customers understand the full potential they have to offer.

Visualizer built together with the Hotel’s marketing department an interactive presentation for the B2B sales teams to be able to show facilities in a more understandable way. The Hotel had already produced enough visual materials for other marketing purposes that were now re-organized in one single presentation and linked with key selling points to help customer understand the spaces better.

The Hotel has found that customers can now understand the offering better. The customer’s decision time has shortened due to more understandable sales material and external Event partners have started to prefer the Hotel. There are less FAQ´s to sales and they have been able to handle more request due to saved time. It has also helped the hotel show spaces that are occupied during site visits.
